FusionFlow is an all-in-one solution for seamless team communication. With secure messaging, video calls, cloud drive, and eSign capabilities, streamline workflows.

Challenge

Our goal was to enhance FusionFlow, to optimize user experience, fostering seamless team communication, refining collaboration efficiency, and implementing innovative features to elevate productivity and user satisfaction.

Results

Following intensive UX workshops and research, we successfully redesigned FusionFlow’s web app. The resulting platform offers a user-friendly experience, meeting expectations and removing mental load during information exploration. The design system handed over, including a UI kit, mobile version, and dark mode, empowers FusionFlow to maintain visual consistency across all platforms.

Connections

The connections page was re-organized to display regular contacts and organization users more clearly. You can easily see which chats. teams and files the user is associated with, which makes collaboration between organization workers easier.

Channels

Instead of having simple channels with text messages, we rethought the structure and added an embedded group chat to every channel, improving the communication for the team members. Additionally a dedicated details page has been incorporated to allow members to easier looks for attachments or other coworkers.
